Sometimes, when I want to get out of the house,

I like to take a walk down the street,

past Sherman Park with the little league baseball diamonds,

past the mailbox with the big puddle,

past all the neighbors' pretty flower gardens,

over to Barry Park, which lies on the other side of this Dead End.

Barry Park is a place where I can walk on a sunny path,

or a path in the woods.

It's good to take a walk and clear my mind.

According to Wikipedia, Syracuse has 890,000 trees.
