Occam's razor

This is the heart of my teaching philosophy!

I have also seen this as "the simplest solution is always the correct one."

Carl Sagan used this as a dominant theme in the book "Contact," which is actually a pretty good movie, too. I think I might have to watch that tonight, in part because I sort of think Jodie Foster is attractive!

I think there are a lot of different ways to phrase this, but I picked this one because it best fit my situation. PMS. :-)
